Transparency

The transparency of banking operations and services is regulated by Legislative Decree No. 385 of 1993 (Consolidated Banking Act) and by the Supervisory Instructions of the Bank of Italy. The regulation on the transparency of banking and financial operations and services pursues the goal, while respecting contractual autonomy, of making known to customers the essential elements of the contractual relationship and any changes thereto, thereby also encouraging competition in the banking and financial markets.
In this section of the website, the main informative documents required by transparency regulations are available, which serve as a practical support to deepen knowledge of the main products and services offered by ICBC Milan Branch.
In particular, they include:

Guides – concerning the current account contract and the Banking and Financial Arbitration (new body for resolving disputes with the Bank).
Information sheets – containing information about the Bank, the conditions, and the main characteristics of the products and services offered.
Promotional event (from now until April 1, 2026): ICBC_Information sheet
ISC (Summary Cost Indicator) – serves to show the consumer the indicative annual cost of the current account, expressed in euros.
